Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food (Kerala dishes only)

Delicious and tasty kerala style dishes will be prepared and served by the host housewife herself. Those dishes include Palappam, Chicken kuruma, steam cake made in Coconut shell with Kadala Curry,various varieties of sea food and locally available nutritious small fishes. Mrs Roseline Cherian, the host is an  expert in preparing various   types of traditional Kerala dishes. Less spicy food will be made available as per request. Guests can select dishes from our menu. 

Can try self cooking                        

                        Host will guide you in learning preparation of traditional type Kerala style dishes. 

Guidance and assurance given for touring 

We will be guiding you to visit the nearby places and would explain the features and importance of those places as much as possible. But if any inconveniences arise, you have to manage to arrange it by yourselves.   

Help to study our Culture and Traditions 

Traditional and cultural shows will be arranged on request. The payment for these shows is not included in the normal tariff. You have to pay additional for these shows. 

Sight seeing

 Name itself suggests that it is the meeting place of three rivers; Kaliyar,Kothamangalam and Thodupuzha rivers. It is a small beautiful town built in the bank of Muvattupuzha River and our place-a typical Kerala village-Kunnakkal, is just 7 km away from here. 

                        You can have a ride in the traditional wooden boat through Muvattupuzha river and can see the meeting place of three rivers. In this journey, you will come across the lifestyle of local people and will be getting a chance to learn their culture. There is a beautiful park in the bank where you can enjoy the light breeze. 

                        One of the most prestigious institutions of our small village is hundred years old traditional snake venom treatment centre. It was the only centre of hope for a snake bitten person until a few years ago when the modern medicine was not so developed (5 minutes drive).  

Ayurveda treatment and Yoga classes are provided on request.
