The dream house is 250 years old building with a traditional setup and background, which really reflects and speaks of the social, economic, cultural and other aspects of the past glory of the family.

The house consists of a big hall (open space) with wooden ceiling and tiled roof. The building is constructed with traditional architectural features. There is a granary for preserving paddy. There is one kitchen, dining room and three bed- rooms all with attached bathrooms. There is a work area, a sit out and a verandah, from where you can enjoy the natural scenario of the place.

In front of the house, when down we go, there is a paddy field and adjacent to it a natural canal with pure and fresh water flowing. On the other side of the field there is a temple and a pond near the temple. The place is so exotic with the ever- green coconut trees thickly populated.

The compound walls and other walls are all constructed in the traditional way as we see in the mythological stories. There is a well-maintained pond and a well near the house with pure and fresh water through out the year. There is another building adjacent to the main building, which was used exclusively for pounding paddy.

Many crops like coconut, jaathi, cocoa, coffee plant, banana, pineapple, vanilla, rubber etc are cultivated here. Soil here is suitable for all types of crops.
